By accessing this website or purchasing our services (Audits, Coaching, Strategy), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.
2. Services Provided
We provide Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) audits, e-commerce strategy, and coaching sessions.
Scope: The specific deliverables for each service are outlined on in your specific proposal.
No Guarantees: While we use industry-best practices and data-driven methods, Opal Catalyst does not guarantee specific results, revenue increases, or conversion rates. Market conditions and implementation quality are outside our control.
3. Intellectual Property
Our Content: All content on this website (copy, designs, frameworks) is the property of Opal Catalyst.
Client Deliverables: Upon full payment, the specific Audit Reports or Strategy Documents created for you become your property. However, the methodologies and frameworks used within them remain the intellectual property of Opal Catalyst.
4. Payments and Refunds
Payment: Payment is due upon booking or as specified in your invoice.
Refunds:
Audits: Due to the bespoke nature of the work, refunds are not available once the audit work has commenced.
Coaching: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may be subject to a forfeiture of that session.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Opal Catalyst shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our advice or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
